Anytime a load is released to Direct Lines, you do not worry if the load would arrive on time and in good condition. If due to bad weather, or a rare mechanical breakdown, yourself and the consignee will be informed immediately, knowing the new ETA.
Their driver’s being dependable and professional, have been requested to be the return drivers on many loads. If Direct Lines said that they could cover a load for you, it was covered, being upfront and honest.
Proof of delivery, billing questions or perhaps a missing bill was easily obtained from a friendly and helpful staff. Someone will always answer the phone.
Having been involved in distribution and transportation for 21 years, I would recommend Direct Lines as a carrier.
